MODs going IC

I think the MODs should go IC as a unique character... like.... Gods, this to me is a change of all RPGs and something new to try out, and MODs will carry out thier duties OOC, ICly...for ex. the rules.. MODs / Diff types of GODs will go into the RPG as thier character they are now, but it has to be the skilled, most expereinced of all... up to a certain amount of them, the MODS . GODS may NOT kill, random, or attack any normal players, althought may go around doing what any other player would do, they only way a GOD / MOD can fight is training / being challenged / or the MOD / GODS go against eachother, the players may challenge the MOD / GOD and the GOD may accept, ...also as MODS being GODS in the RPG does not mean they get eneternal life..or the altimate power.. they jsut have ONE specail power that may be good, but not godly and cant be stoped.. also the MOD / GOD instead of kicking ppl and argueing and trying to solve a problem OOC, you can do it IC and just banish them from the lands of the RPG ICly, instead of just kicking them OOCly...althought the MODs / GODs... CAN still kick OOCly.. or figure out a situation..or do what they do normally...
